Items damaged in shipping will be promptly replaced at no additional cost. Just contact us and tell us about the damage.
Because the other options are much more expensive. To send by a guaranteed 2 days delivery to anywhere in the US costs 6 to 7 times as much as the regular postal package service which delivers in 4 to 8 days. For example, to send a 2 lb. package to California by FedEx International Economy (2 days, their cheapest fast service) costs $123 and to send the same package to New York is $119. So we send by post which is a little slower but keeps the shipping charges down to a sensible level.
If the wrong item has been shipped to you it may be returned to us at no expense to you (you must contact us beforehand) and the correct item will be sent at no additional cost.
