Remove the stainless steel end of the infuser and scope up your loose tea. Put the infuser back on the porcelain scope and put it into your tea cup. When your tea is brewed how you like it you can rest the infuser on it’s stainless steel holder.
And the whole thing is shaped like a dolphin.
